Ministerio de Defensa de Ucrania: los barcos que viajen a los puertos rusos del Mar Negro se considerarán transportistas militares

A partir de la medianoche del 21 de julio, el Ministerio de Defensa de Ucrania considerará que todos los barcos que viajan a los puertos del Mar Negro en Rusia o los territorios ocupados por Rusia transportan carga militar "con todos los riesgos correspondientes".

La advertencia del Ministerio de Defensa de Ucrania se produjo en respuesta a un anuncio similar del Ministerio de Defensa de Rusia el 17 de julio. Ucrania también prohibió la navegación en la parte noroeste del Mar Negro y el canal Kerch-Yenikale.

US commissions first-ever Navy ship in a foreign port

 

 

 

 

The United States commissioned a new warship in Sydney on Saturday, marking the first time in history that a U.S. Navy ship has entered service in a foreign port. 

The USS Canberra, an Independence-class littoral combat ship, had her colors raised in a joint ceremony at a Sydney naval base with American and Australian service members. The ship is named after the HMAS Canberra, a Royal Australian Navy cruiser sunk during World War II, which was itself named for the Australian capital city. 

Saturday's ceremony marked the first time that the U.S. Navy has allowed one of its ships to be commissioned in a foreign harbor. The ship is only the second-ever Navy vessel

Two Russian navy ships have arrived in Shanghai in the first port visit by the Pacific Fleet to China in three years, in a further demonstration of the two countries’ close ties 16 months after Moscow began its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The Cold War-era frigates Gromkiy and Sovershenniy sailed into China’s largest city on Wednesday and were greeted by Chinese sailors dressed in white parade uniforms holding placards welcoming their arrival, according to Russia’s state-run TASS news agency.
