La línea regular de pasaje y carga del puerto de Málaga con Melilla de Armas Trasmediterránea sigue sufriendo las consecuencias de la crisis sanitaria. Tras haber superado las dos salidas que desde el pasado 16 de noviembre estaba realizando y ampliar sus navegaciones en el mes de diciembre a cinco semanales, ahora, la ruta del mar de Alborán se verá reducida en una singladura; cuatro viajes que, según previsiones y si no hay nuevas modificaciones, se mantendrán hasta finales de marzo.

Spanish firm bids on Alaska’s fast ferries
The state of Alaska is trying to sell its idled fast ferries as it seeks to reduce the size of the Alaska Marine Highway System’s fleet.
So far, the only taker is Trasmapi, an Ibiza-based ferry company that runs catamarans between the Mediterranean island and the Spanish mainland. The Spanish firm offered a pair of bids for a combined worth of $4.6 million for the M/V Chenega and M/V Fairweather.
“And that is all the bids we have on the vessels,” said Tom Mayer, who works in the Alaska Department of Transportation’s procurement section, after the bids

ISLAMABAD: With the possibility of accomplishing three transactions, including sale out of SME Bank till June 30, 2021, one of the major transactions for sale out of two Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) fired power plants might get delayed and they may not be privatized by the first half of next fiscal year 2021-22, it was learnt. The sale out of SME Bank is on the cards with the expectation that its bidding will be done within the next couple of months. The possibility of sale out of Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, and Services Hotel, Lahore, are also on the cards within the current fiscal year. But all these three transactions cannot be completed without the support of the parent ministry or department.
